Shader Cache Issue

I have some Questions about the Shader Caching in this Game. After every Update or Hotfix the Game is Stutter/Hitching absolutely horrible to an near unplayable State. When i look in the Cache Folde...

The Game is completely unplayable after today´s Patch. I am so done with this and the Game´s Optimization.

Constant Stutter / Hitching every few Seconds. What are you doing Guys?

@yosh1979 Just delete cache folder content after update from game 😉
Make sure ya do not run ONEDRIVE or something similair that backups youre DOCUMENT Files and Folders !!!
