Significant performance loss on Polaris GPUs after 1.0 update

i have RX580 and before update 1.0 i had 90fps and after update 57-65fps

also huge mouse lag

      I wish but sadly they would tell me to post the issue here. I sadly can't get special treatment.

      I am seeing an increase of posts about poor performance, though, on different hardware.
