Single fire bug

Having an issue with the gun only firing 1 bullet, usually during close quarters gun fights. Ive tried everything to fix it. Changed the settings, re-mapped my controller, turned off certain features. Ive made sure it is not changing to single fire. When you ADS the gun fires 1 bullet and jams. You need to let go of ADS button and trigger and tru again for it to correct, sometimes with a short delay. The subreddit also shows other people with the same problem. Any fixes?
