Small ammo packets dropped by dead players cannot all be picked up

Ironically it used to be even worse and they actually had a small fix for this feature at one point... but it just wasn't good enough IMO. I find myself spamming WASD to twitch around on top of multiple ammo packs a lot. It will pick them up one at a time but usually I can get at least 2 without fully leaving and coming back.
