Social Tab Not Opening on XBox Series X

Long story short I’m completely unable to open the social tab in this game. It is (by default) clicking the right stick in, but this yields zero results from any screen. My brother is able to open his and invite me so I’m not sure what is going on or why it’s failing to open. I’ve tried checking the controller mapping, everything. When I try to report it as a bug this web site doesn’t allow me to report a bug.. dunno what to do here but ask on forums..
