Soldier stuck looking at ground in circles

Soldier stuck looking at ground in circles. I've tried erasing the settings folder in documents, verified game files, unbinding the key's assigned to keyboard look. Nothing works. Mouse and keyboard...

@Soneji hey there, as was asked by @Rokebo73 do you have any other peripherals connected to the PC? Any controllers or flight sticks etc? If so can you try plugging those out and seeing if you still run into this issue?

    Thanks for the prompt replies, I appreciate it. 

    After doing a re-install, everything seems to be working now.

    I don't have any other peripherals connected so I'm going to assume it was an install issue with steam.

    It's nice to see this kind of service as I've been playing Battlefield for about 22 years now, started playing with the beta for 1942, thanks again.
