Some features are disabled because the ea app is launched by another app

I bought the game from Steam a long time ago. I have 100 hours in the game and I never deleted it. I was playing the game from time to time but I have been getting this error for 3 days. I tried everything. I deleted the anti-cheat, I installed it, I deleted the EA app, I installed it, I deleted the game, I installed it, I deleted the cache files, I closed it on the Windows security wall and I ran it as an administrator but this error keeps coming up. I am really bored. Now I can't enter the game in any way. I have been trying for hours for 3 days. If there is a solution, I would appreciate it if you could let me know.I am experiencing this issue in BF 2042 and I have Battlefield 5, and it opens fine without any problems.
