Spawned but could not deploy/exit

Platform: PC

OS: Windows 11

I joined a game this morning at 0815 on 01DEC21 and I could not exit the deployment vehicle (I think it was the Condor when the game initially starts).  All other players were able to exit, but I could not and the door closed and screen was not good.  Please see the attached screenshot:
