Specialist Mastery Progression Stuck/Bug

Subject: Global Progression & Mastery Stuck on Vault Vehicles (M1A2 Abrams) - EA ID: Mareo74

Hello EA Support / Community Managers,

I am experiencing a persistent issue with my vehicle progression in Battlefield 2042. My mastery counter for the M1A2 Abrams (Vault Vehicle) is completely frozen at 38 kills and refuses to track any further progress.

Here are the troubleshooting steps I have already performed, which confirm this is a server-side backend sync issue rather than a local bug:

Global Cap Verified: The progression is frozen globally across all modes. Kills do not register in official All-Out Warfare (Conquest 64/128), Solo/Co-op modes, or Battlefield Portal.

Cross-Vehicle Lock: It is not limited to one vehicle; killing with other modern vehicles (like the M1A5) or infantry weapons also fails to track or yield mastery progression.

Persistence: The issue has persisted past the daily global XP reset time, meaning it is a hard-locked profile synchronization glitch, not a temporary daily XP cap mechanism.

Since this issue completely prevents me from unlocking the "Tusk" skin and progressing my account, I kindly request the support team to manually trigger a profile sync or refresh my character data on the backend servers.
