Spiking TN or SFT

Since last update im getting more and more spikes in TN or SFT. Im not a pc person but i believe there is a problem. Today i was playing on official server coquest 64 and while play i got killed in one shot by enemys (NOT HEAD SHOTS) and had great difficulty to kill any enemys even close range then i notist that my TN was over 50 for just 2 seconds. I also found that wen i get in view of enemy the TN or the SFT is spiking but never at the same time. After the round finised i got error (see screenshot 91)

What can i do?

    hi
    after the last update when I play in general official server or even portal gets high sft and the game becomes slow
    other players have the same problem in my country or even in Europe
    so if there any solution or fix

    MY PC
    32 ram
    i7 13 the generation 
    4070 ti
    playing on high-setting
    my internet connection has 100 MB download and 50 MB uploaded with an average ping of 50 up to 65

    this is a new problem for me 
    I use ethernet connection and the internet only for this pc
    closed any background apps or any download

    Yup, still going on. Was in the red the past couple of days,  Fluctuating back and forth.

    SFT, it spikes into the 50's (red) drops down for a bit then goes back up at random.
