Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no idea.
What happens when the bug occurs? Character spins around really fast and looks at sky or ground 95% of the time. Game becomes unplayable!
What should be happening instead? Nothing. I should be able to move my guy around normally.
First time playing after patch 3.1, after about 2 hours of play, suddenly my character starts spinning around really fast and looks at the sky or spins around really fast and looks at the ground. It happened so often that the game became unplayable.
When game first game out, this would happen to me occasionally, maybe 1-3 times in a game and not every game. Then one of the patches came out and it would happen less or not at all.
Since patch 3.1, after about 2 hours of play, it happened every time I tried to move and on every game. Game became unplayable for me.
My husband has been playing Battlefield since Battlefield 1942. I've been playing since Battlefield 1. I've played the betas.. I've played the alpha for Bf V. Over the years, we have come to expect and accept the "regular" bugs of Battlefield...But THIS time, you have REALLY out-done yourselves! I know Battlefield V had a bad release, but I can't even remember what was wrong with it. The only reason we stopped playing it was because we got tired of the same maps and the cheating and hacking was so rampant, it wasn't fun to play anymore.
My husband and I are very forgiving about game glitches and even see the humor in them...but this is no laughing matter anymore.
It's sad and it makes me very sad. I think you very well might have killed the game this time...and that makes me sad...because we are gamers...and that's what we do..we play video games...and yours was our favorite.
Although, my husband and I can still have fun in-game (until this patch)...THIS is just a shell of the Battlefield we fell in love with...it has been torn apart and put back together as some kind of virus-ridden zombie of the original game.
We pre-ordered the game. We paid the $80-$100 (I don't even remember now, because it didn't matter...it was Battlefield.) We even had new custom computers built specifically for this game, at a time it was impossible to get a 30 series graphics card. We bought new monitors to see these awesome graphics that were supposed to be coming our way. We bought new mice and keyboards and headsets...all for you...Battlefield.
What happened here? How did we get here? How did this go so wrong?
So I am asking for me, my husband, and all the TRUE Battlefield lovers...I am begging you to FIX THIS GAME. Do it now...before you lose us forever. Don't wait until the new year. It needs to be fixed NOW...before Christmas...before many us are off and have time to play. And if you can't do that, then, please, please spend this time away building a patch that will bring this game back to us. Spend time looking at previous Battlefields...actually playing them...and remember what Battlefield is supposed to be.
We are NOT Call of Duty. We are NOT PUBG, Apex, and we sure the hell are NOT Fortnite. We are BATTLEFIELD. YOU are BATTLEFIELD! Be happy being who you are and stop trying to be "like" someone else. We liked you the way you were. You didn't have to change for us.
Now, get up,...dust yourselves off...and go fix this game!
