Squad names greyed out or gone on in game squad list

Summarize your bug I can not see the names of squad mates. In the in game squad list the names are either not there or what looks like grey shading covering the name. When looking at players in game their name by there character shows the same. On the map squad mates icons are black triangles and I cannot select them easily
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No idea. It started after I installed and played the PS4 version. Even reinstalled the PS5 version and now it happens on both versions
What happens when the bug occurs? Squad names are washed out greyed like they are being hidden or they are gone. On the map squad mates are only black arrows
What should be happening instead? Listed names of squad mates in the list and their normal colored icons in map
Happens on both PS4 and PS5 version now. Sometimes there is no name at all
