Steam Disk Read Error
I'm playing BF 2042 on steam, after season 4 was deployed, it got the Disk Read Error I uninstalled the game and downloaded it again but the bug wasn't gone away I did some research and found a log...
Run a CHKDSK command on the faulty drive as detailed here:

That may help, but you may want to back up anything important from that drive in case it fails completely.
