Steam game not working in origin

My friend sent me a gift of battlefield 2042 gold edition, and when I try to start play I get this message, To play Unidentified Game, you must first activate it on your EA account.

Something is blocking the communication with Origin and Steam, Do you have any anti-virus that could be blocking? @MoUseCant

it asks for a cd key and of course there isnt one so idk how im suppose to play the 100$ game i ordered

    @EA_Atic Hey, I have the same problem. I have bought the game on steam when I start the game the Origin ask me to activate the game but steam didnt provided any activation code.
