Still cannot equip skins!!!
How have you not fixed this simple bug yet? You've even made a new menu and there's still no option to equip some skins.

Sundance Hailstorm skin still busted
Boris Blast Proof Helmet still busted
This is just from a quick look.
There's probably still a bunch of other skins & weapon charms that still cannot be equipped. These have been reported by myself and others in the bug reports since June. - @EA_Atic I have the Same Issue..
Just bought the Hailstorm Skin for Sundance, andf it shows me unlocked but the Equip button just isnt there, i also finished some rounds restarted, but nothing changes. @EA_Atic

I'm probably just wasting my time again but here's the list so far -
Charms - "The Old One"
Skins - Sundance - "Hailstorm" & Mackay - "Deathless" (Deathless works sometimes, other times it doesn't work)
Helmets - Boris - "Blast Proof"
Here's a new one. This one doesn't even unlock.

@I_DYN4MO_I, for unlock issues you can poke EA Support, let them know you got mastery unlock issues.
For "Old One" weapon charm the team is aware of it.
For Blast Proof should be working now. Asked players to comeback with how its working.

Blast proof is still not working. There's still a black square where the equip button should be.
I contacted support 5 times yesterday just to make absolutely sure they cannot help with mastery issues. Each and every time they couldn't help me. I just wanted to test this so the community doesn't have to waste their time contacting them.
There's nothing we can do other than report these things and wait for a fix but I have no confidence a fix will ever happen. - EA_AticWe have worked with the EA Support team on unlock issues they can sort it out. They may tell to wait 24h to try again in game and then reach out again. @I_DYN4MO_I,
Do you have case numbers on you reaching so we can have a look.
