I get something similar, usually once or twice per match the screen freezes for a good 5 to 6 seconds then carries on as if nothing wrong. I can hear the match going on around me during that. It's often near the first few minutes, but not always ☹️
If I then Alt tab (bad idea normally, I know) I can see PC is working OK, but by the time I get to task manager the issue has typically cleared itself, so I can't see anything useful there.
Playing on the 128 player games, and running via Steam.
