Stuck in Windowed + Low FPS

It might be a long post but if u are into those things please take a moment and read the whole. I was not playing BF2042 for like 8 months and couple days ago I downloaded it again. It starts in windowed mode but it doesnt go fullscreen even tho i click on it. When I try to change it via normal settings and PROFSAVE  files, it is still the same. Also in in-game settings, I cannot change resolution or monitor, it is just blank. I tried to shut down my onboard gpu, it worked for fullscreen problem but FPS stuck between 5-10 even on the menu. Do you guys know any permanent solution for this?
