I had something like this going on in Star Wars Battlefront 2 when I had my mouse connected into a KVM port that was not working properly. Try plugging your mouse into a different port (on the PC). It's a long shot...but worth trying.
You also may want to try a different mouse to see what happens.

I second this as well. Had something similar happen to me in the past and it turned out it was a malfunctioning USB port.
I didn't have any problems before until season 1 and when I got it I didn't mind it but when it happened constantly I uninstalled it and I installed it again to see the new season and I'm still getting the same issue thought it would go away but I was wrong. It's not the USB ports because other battlefield titles I play and older games I have no issues but this game gives me this bug where its unplayable

For me it was my arrow keys on the key board. I must of pressed up and it wouldn't stop looking up no matter what i did with the mouse. It wasn't till i tried pressing down on the arrow key that it went down and I just needed to center it amd everything worked fine again. Just incase this is helps anyone thought I'd post it
