Stuck Looking Up
in both single player and multiplayer i get stuck looking up and cannot do anything about it except reset the the whole application.

If you have anything other then keyboard or mouse plugged into a USB port try unplugging them, and see if it helps.
I had the same problem a while back in 2042. I discovered that the usb for my racing sim rigs peddles set was the whole problem.
The game detects it as a controller.
