Stuck on Game Stats screen (PC)

On start screens I can't get past the Game stat screens.  It stays on this screen and my mouse cursor blinks.  I'm unable to do anything.  I verified my files, restarted, plugged in my mouse and keyboard, and checked in my task bar- I was using roughly 12.5% CPU usage and 4028 MB of RAM.  I just uninstalled and am currently reinstalling.  If this is what a hundred bucks gets me I want my money back!!!!

    alright i fixed it. it was because the game is full screen minimize it and it will let you click continue. for me it was because the resoloution was off and you cant change it until your in the menu
