Stuck on satellite loading screen on first boot up every time

I have tried uninstalling the game a few times and the EA App. I am not using it through steam. I have the latest update. Yet every time I leave the game for a few hours and launch it. it is missing the logo and the spot stat says it's connecting to the server and then just shows that damn satellite video over and over through infinity. Alt-F4 and a relaunch fixes it every time but we shouldn't have to deal with this. It seems that people have had this issue off and on for years and it still isn't fixed that I know of. Any other solutions out there besides the re-installs I did? Oh and I have the latest video drivers.

Ryzen 9 5450x

RTX 4060ti 16GB

32GB ram

Tried the game install on an NVME, SSD and HDD
