I'm having an identical issue on the ps4, I have not been able to play a single game, on any game mode.

I having issues relate cant join any game after count down then rotating cam then back to menu with no error message ?
I had found a video on YouTube have same issues with me
may i know how to get it fix please

Maybe it's been some sort of a timeout when joining.
Checked your internet connection too?
Did you try many different servers and like game modes?
Conquest, Breakthrough / or both of those in a Solo/Coop sessien with bots / or Hazard Zone match / or Portal severs.
None of it works?

yes , I had been tried with different server and modes too , I still had the same issues .
Got the same issue.
It's not DNS related in my case at least.
Although it doesn't fix the problem at hand, if you keep retrying to get a game it will eventually get you in one (that hopefully is just starting...)
