Stuck on standby screen

Keep getting taken back to the menu after hitting Play, 1 in 20 times works and the map loads, happens in Multiplayer and Solo.
Has been happening since early access, I am sick of it.
Turned off everything else, Icue, antivirus, everything, still doing it.
