Stuck on standby screen

When I select conquest or hazard zone my game starts loading into the game mode, goers to the map screen and says standby, showing the map I’ll be playing on but will never load past this screen. It ...

I am having the same issue with PS5.  I have managed to make it into 4 games i 8 hours of trying.

    @EA_Atic I have tried all of it and even uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, at this point I would just like a refund and get my money back for a game that I can't play.

    Yes, I have.  I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times.  Nothing has worked.  On average, i'm lucky to get into a one game for every 20-40 minutes of trying.  

    I enjoy the game when it connects to servers, and it runs smoothly enough to make it enjoyable, but the amount of time it takes to get into a game is making me not want to even bother since the whole process wastes so much time.
