I'm having an identical issue on the ps4, I have not been able to play a single game, on any game mode.

When matchmaking i get stuck in an endless loop...
I have to quit the game and then lunch it again to get into a match..
Specs: Ryzen 5900 - 3080 - M.2 ssd - Fiber (500/500)
