stuck while loading map

    Could you post a screen from error and tell what you have done to solve this issue ?

      No bug reports, except every time I quit the game I get an anti-cheat question popup, just a forbidden image
      This problem it appears randomly, I don't know why, after restarting the computer, sometimes it appears in the first fight, sometimes it doesn't appear for a long time
      I'm going to record a video to reproduce it and close all other background software
