stuck while loading map

Sometimes when loading the game map, it gets stuck and will automatically exit the game later，

When the map is loaded, the rotation box at the bottom pauses and there is no game sound，

When loading，it will

1.it pauses rotation, can only exit the game,

2. can re rotate and join the fight

When viewing it in the task manager, BF2042 is still reading data，100MB/S，but CPU utilization and graphics card utilization decreased significantly

This problem occur after the ZERO HOUR update, and it still occurs today，I didn't have this problem until then
