Stuttering issues and low frame rates since last update
Having stuttering issues and low frame rates on PC. AMD Ryzen 9 5900, Nvidia RTX 3080, 16 GB DDR4 ram, fast ssd. Turning settings all the way down does t solve the issue.

Having the same issue. I installed the game 2 days ago and I'm getting a constant micro sutter during gameplay. I have a 5900X, 3080, 32GB RAM running the game off an nvme. I never had this issue before. The game uses 100% CPU core usage no matter what in-game settings you lower.
I have no other apps open so there is nothing for me to close. This is the only game affected by CPU usage I own. I hope this post gets enough track for devs to realise something is wrong.
