The patch is causing similar framerate hits for me as well since the 0.41 update. This is on 5950x, 64GB RAM, 3070 and Windows 11 (latest drivers and all software up to date).

They made reporting bugs such a chore in that section that I just don't bother. Got to fill out a literal form every time you report something.

I tested right after the update and 6 hours later and this micro lags make aiming impossible.

Damn PC guys always whining about FPS and Ping speeds and crap. Buy an XBOX.
