Had this happen several times now. Basically impossible to see targets and shoot them. I'm on PS5. I saved a couple video clips just in case.
I've experienced this bug on PC and PS4.
Solution: Exit tank then re-enter. If issue persistent exit tank and cycle weaponry and gadget.

Got the same problem randomly on XsX. Can't find any clear situation where it happens, but when it's there the tank aiming becomes absolutely impossible as soon as you move the turret.
