TDM seems to have set to 32 players rather than 16 and now AI doesn’t backfill. Often 1 team will show 4 bots on one side, but they never spawn and the other team has zero. If you try a few matches, one might fill, then on the next round it’s back to 4 on a team and not spawningHow often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Myself and several others have been seeing this bug since the 6.1 Update. Sometimes The AIs will show up after 1 round and other times they will not. If the 4 AIs are present but do not spawn in, then it puts everybody on the other team until it reaches the same number of players. Making this a very unfair way of playing.
I have attached a picture of the problem happening on a server just a few minutes ago.

Same here.
On PC cross play off.
On official TDM servers, AI bots are assigned to one or more teams but never actually spawn and are greyed out.
These AIs also count towards the player limit So the team with these bots will be completely outnumbered against an all human opposing team.
This is consistently reproducible for the last 2 weeks.
Every two or three rounds the AI will respawn normally. And the next one or two games will have greyed out non spawning bots.
This is made the entire TDM game type unplayable.

Same experience here on PC, cross play off.
Easily reproducible in official TDM servers.
Worse is that the greyed out, non spawning bots count as players.
If team with 1 player has 4 "grey bots" new human players will be added to the OTHER team. Resulting in a 4/5 on 1 match. Props to those who stay in for the punishment, but this needs to be fixed.

@QuakerOatzGood call on that, yesterday a poor player was on the other team with 4 non-spawning “AI” and real players kept getting put on my term with no AI, ended up 4 on 1. I’ll give the other player credit through, they played out the round. Cmon Dice, where’s the fix?

Did a test on a small map 16v16 TDM with bots portal server of mine. The only maps that worked like usual were Orbital, Flashpoint, and Redacted. Will test again after waking up. Portal code: ABJCM1
I know this issue had been a problem with 64 player tdm on conquest size maps for awhile, but never brought it up because why would anyone except me want to run across the entirety of Discarded. I used it for testing out scopes and bullet drop at 700+ meters mainly.

It's the same for me. Still an issue on Xbox as well. Extremely frustrating as I think the push to have players have crossplay on means DICE is not necessarily motivated to quickly fix this issue but it's completely broken.
