Terrible muffled audio on PS5

@EA_BarryTried this before, doesnt help me. I have wonderful sound quality in all games, including your past bfv game. Dont think the problem is on my side, we have another topic refering to muffled and flat audio, and this problem exists on all platforms, people have this issue on pc, xbox series x, ps4.
And it is not a problem with headset, I uploaded clip from 2042 to youtube and checked from my phone - still muffled. And I decided to make a audio comparison between 2042 and bfv: https://youtu.be/tdBnDZ-BLSg

When the PS5 3D audio feature became available, I tried it and turned it right back off again as the audio was muffled/muted.&nbsp;

Try turning that off and hopefully your issue will be resolved.
