Terrible Packet Loss

Oh in what memory banks are the memory modules installed ?
ya got 4 banks, bank 1 is the one beside the cpu.

Just looking inside the case the memory is Oloy brand DDR4. If bank 1 is by the CPU then they installed them in banks 2 and 4. Two 8gb ram cards. 

I'll try to find the part number when I can. I need to get some sleep for now. 

How do I overclock it to 3000?

And no I've never done flash bios or check bios. I don't even know what that is hahaha. But I love to learn and this is a fun experience so far. I love your knowledge!

Ya that's my motherboard. It says rev 1 in the lower left. 

Do you work for EA or are you just a tech guru that likes to help people? I ask because I feel like this is more of a game optimization issue and less of a hardware issue. Obviously I trust your senses more than mine but the game does strange things. For example, in the box showing Lat and ALat lines there is a third line that is always spiked. However, when I enter a vehicle that line drops below the Lat and ALat line. The game still runs like garbage but its not as severe as in the video I posted. Looking through these forums I see that others are having the same issue and I haven't seen any solid reasoning behind it or a true resolution of the problem. I feel like EA needs to be aware of this and address it directly. It's a problem with this game only and others have said the same. Kinda sucks to not be able to play it. I spent $100 on it because I bought it packaged with the NVME drive and $100 is a lot for me because I am a poor person haha. Plus, even though people dogged on this game since its launch, I was having fun with it until each update seemed to cause this problem in increasing amounts. Each update made it worse and worse until it now has become unplayable. 

It makes me sad. I hope we can find a fix for this and I appreciate you taking the time to help me find a solution. It means so much to me. Thank you. 

So I have been fiddling with some settings and seeing changes. Maybe this will help find a resolution. When I turn the refresh rate down to 24hz it reduces the CFT. Turning off V-Sync causes the CFT to spike again. Running the game at 24hz with v-sync combined is the best performance I have found since this new update but the game still runs badly. 

Could it be that the game just cant display to a television properly and needs an actual monitor? If so, why did the game run fine on my tv at launch and progressively get worse with each update?

And why ONLY this game???

@BairRaisin007bf2042 is very cpu intensive game !
I do not know if your tv could be/is an issue !
What i can see is , youre gpu is PCIE3.0 , newer gpu cards are 4.0.
I also see your use a HDMI cable, is it a good quality cable ? not an ACTION cable?
If your tv supports DP (display cable) then buy a good quality DP cable , version 1.2 min. or a 1.4 cable (is able to send more data at a higher MHZ !).
It can also be an out of date Bios version, or other hardware that hold back performance of youre system (external devices, low performance CPU / MEMORY).

Maybe its a combo , but that is what ya need to investigate.
If ya find the partnumbers from youre memory , perhaps ya can boost memory and cpu a bit more (OC).

Sometimes it can also be heat , that throttle down CPU , GPU and or Memory !!! Ya need a very good cooling, youre cpu is probarly running at 100% (1 or more cores/threads)

Download HWINFO64 PORTABLE version, run it with SENSORS ONLY enabled , and check Temps + Mhz during game play !!

PS a CLEANBOOT will minimize programs running in the background, so less stress for cpu/memory and more power/performance for other stuff , for BF2042 example
