Nothing suggested by the support of this forum HELPED. Do you know what helped? I Deleted the EA App COMPLETELY (leftover files and the registry too). Then I installed Origin. I did some manipulations so that the message "install EA APP" did not pop up. And you know what?! THE GAME IS LAUNCHED!
Conclusion? Fix the app, or give people a choice!!!! I paid more than $100 to pre-order the ultimate version of the game, not to suffer 2 days of "bullshift" after the next update!

make sure other game platform do not run/boot with windows, rollback origin and bf2042 probarly only works if ya did buy BF2042 at Origin/ea desktop app
about EAC , completely remove any folder and file from EAC , then just repair/verifiy or start game and it will reinstall (if ya run as admin)

@Rokebo73 Can you post a step by step on how to delete EA App completely, including registry? Seems like its the most common resolved post to date. Also, please post a link for the last latest Origin patch.
@ELxSIGINTuse revouninstaller to remove EA app, select advanced to delete registry keys and folders/files left overs.
