The game pops up a black screen window after EAC verification

After the anti-cheat system verification, the game will pop up with a black screen and will continue until I close the window

Any method you look for on the forums doesn't work, and even reloading the game won't solve the problem☹️

Hey @zzzlll363,

So just for clarity; you're getting a BF2042 window that only shows a Black Screen the moment after EA anticheat has fully loaded?

    Getting the exact same issues @EA_Leeuw . 

    Repaired and reinstalled everything.

    Run 2042 from Steam or EA and you get the anticheat popup, this is followed by a 1/4 windowed black screen that lasts for 1min and game stops. Started after Season 6 patch. 

    All graphic and PC are patched to date.

    @EA_Leeuw I have the exact same problem only though I am starting from the EA App.

    @EA_Leeuw I'm having the same problem with Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 and Battle for Neighborville.

        Same issue here, made a post yesterday and got ignored. Already tried everything, rebooting pc, updating windows, drivers, made an exeption in firewall, ran as administrator, repaired game files, redownloaded the game twice, cleared cash, did a clean system load, nothing seems to work. And for me this issue also applies to bf 1 and bf 5 just as 2042.
