The game takes too long to load since the new season patch.

I used to play without any problem in the previous seasons but after the season 6 patch, everything loads painfully slow. The opening screen (added screenshot) stays for almost 3 minutes and then when I try to get into a match, it takes 3 minutes to load. Even when I try to get back to the main menu after a match it takes a minute to load (stays on a black screen with a loading logo at the center). My friend with similar PC specs loads in just a few seconds while I wait for minutes. 

I noticed that the game says "optimizing shaders" for 10-15 seconds on the loading screen of every match. Previously, this was only happening the first time I loaded into a map after a patch or a driver update, now it happens every match. 

I tried deleting the game files from "My Documents", but it didn't work. I tried uninstalling the whole game and re-downloaded it but it didn't work either. The game is on SSD, not HDD.
