The XMP overclocking memory crash after 3.1 update

After the update 3.1, I can't play even one round game. My pc will crash after 5 mins begin the game. I was updating the windows, the display card drive. It sitll no helps. When the pc crash, the CP...

@ODSTroopers The mem installed at motherboard , the partnumbers is in the MEMORY QVL from your motherboard ?

I try the TM5, it's also passing without error.
