"there is a problem with your game's setup please reinstall"

I always get this error when i start the game on windows 11,

I own the game on Steam

I've reinstalled;

The game,

The EA APP,

c++, DirectX,

The anti-cheat,

Verified the game files(always 3 missing)

Have talked to tech-support and I've done all troubleshooting possible.

They call it a bug and im still left with the problem
