think my game is broken

so im trying to unlock the skin for the sws 10 ,i must get 1200 kills but it dosend show how many kills i already got, im on tier 3 but been stuck on there for a long time,when i go to profile it says i only got 5 kills but im in tier 3 ,how does that work
