I can't get connected to Hazard zone match(never played )

I am playing from Asia (GMT+5.30) on PC via Steam / EA App and cannot get into any Hazard Zone matches.

 

Whenever I try to queue, I end up completely alone in an empty lobby. Occasionally, 1 or 2 players will connect, wait a few minutes, and then disconnect out of frustration. I have tried queuing during multiple different sessions throughout the week, but the same thing always happens. I am trying to grind out the achievements for this mode, but the matchmaking system completely prevents it.

 

Lately, I have also noticed that I am unable to connect to standard Conquest matches from the Asia region as well.

 

If anyone has any ideas or workarounds to fix this regional matchmaking block—other than using a third-party VPN—please let me know. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    That is because there is a bug on Hazard Zone, whenever I search for a game it finds the game when black screen comes on and it goes back to the main menu. I cannot get into a hobby on Hazard zone. EA need to fix this.
