Ya, I'm running a 8700k, 16GB of RAM, and a RTX 2080 SUPER... Only getting 60-80 FPS at 1440p with high settings and DLSS at Balanced plus the ray-traced ambient occlusion is turned off
I should try turning down my res to see if that helps

it's not that. its because they didnt optimize it. they have the game set to run off everyones CPU instead of your GPU. next time you play, bring up task manager and check it for your self. your GPU usage will be like 10%, mean while your CPU is at 100% struggling. so it doesnt matter if you have a 1080 or a 3090. because its not using that part of your PC.

Did you confirm your NVIDIA card is being used when the game is launched? It can be set under the NVIDIA Control Panel or when you use GeForce Experience.

It helps to increase FPS yes, but the stutter won't go away if you are above 1080p...no matter what you do it will keep doing those horrible frame skips when you are on snow maps, heavy, dense maps, lots of soldiers, explotions and sometimes even with nothing it happens either way...As a hardware tester, overclocker and reviewer i busted my eyes trying to find a fix, i even offered my help to EA but my post are moved or deleted most of the times...
