Summarize your bug Game crashed. Hitescape to bring up the menu just after a death. Menu didn't come up before the game crashed. Possible i hit escape after the crash, hard to tell.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know. It seems that there's some sort of API bug.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game crash
What should be happening instead? No game crash
