Throwing knife not unlocking despite completing challenges

I have completed the challenges for the throwing knife but it wont unlock.

I have done the following:
Restarted the game
Restarted EA
Restarted my PC
Completed a Portal game
Completed a normal Conquest game

It still wont unlock.
