TN spikes cause stuttering (I think after patch 4.0)

TN in network graphs shows continuos spikes (that consist in a sort of stuttering), i've always thought it was stuttering instead it seems it's that.

I think this has started since patch 4.0 but i'm not sure, only game with this problem, already tryed some things like: reinstalling the game, deleting cache, switching from origin to EA games, upgrading ram, updating and deliting drivers many times, update the bios, etc.

My config is:

ssd nmve 6000

ram ddr4 3600mhz

b550m ds3h motherboard

650 psu gold
