TOW missiles underpowered

TOW missile in BF3 was slowly, almost joke weapon, that DISABLES THE WHOLE TANK (because there was disabled state) if you someway hit the enemy. But you can use it to launch shell because IF YOU HIT THEN YOU REALLY HIT.

Today TOW missiles do 24 damage to tank SIDE instead of tank cannon do 28 damage to tank FRONT (42 to side). Same with map stationary PTRK on caspian border. 24. To side. Actually tank shell can penetrate maybe 300-400 mm of armor, but one KORNET can penetrate 2 METERS of armor.

I'd say that Bolte rockets, that do 20 damage after 10 hits (usually hit 1-3 rockets with that aiming system) - its joke that never works too.
