tried unlocking happy birthday player card from easter egg & now it is glitched

Summarize your bug I was on someone else's Easter Egg hosted room in portal for hourglass for the happy birthday playercard and I went to the radio with the morse code and interacted with it. Went to the symbol code on the back of the container on the back of the truck and put in the correct code to open the door and picked up the arkangel laptop and then the hosted room shutdown before I could interact again with the radio with the morse code. I reload the Easter Egg Room in portal for hourglass and the radio with morse code doesn't beep and can't be interacted with anymore, I also check my playercards and I don't have the new easter egg Happy Birthday Player Card at all so please fix this. It glitched out and I'm stuck, please fix. Tried restartng game and xbox x and it didn't change anything.

What happens when the bug occurs? I try to get player card from easter egg only it will not let me anymore for some reason, it flagged as done I guess and it didn't give me the player card
What should be happening instead? radio should be interactable so I can do it again to get hidden player card Happy Birthday
