After performing some checks, the issue related to shadow/light flickering was resolved by adding :
LightTileCsPathEnable 0 Via a user.cfg
Players can now play normally without any noticeable differences.

Its flickering less however i have found a place where it still hapens. Also blur takes now about 10 seconds before becaming sharp

Can you try disabling full-screen optimization via the game properties ? (Right-click on BF2042 > Properties > Compatibility > check “Disable fullscreen optimizations”)
And "Change high DPI settings" -> check "Use this setting to fix scaling....." and click "OK"
Then launch your game
maybe ya shouild delete the DIRECTX cache (also delete bf2042 cache).

Well, not at all it seems. It eliminated flickering on Breakaway but on Spearhead there are still a lot of places like this
