Unable to add friends crossplay?

Can't add friends crossplay and its beginning to * me off. He cant add anyone either. Does anyone have the same issue/solution? (I can only report/block him and vice versa)

    You need make sure you are on the same version of the game and add each other on EA Friends in the game under the social tab. @WraithOf_Hades@H3ndr1kV3rw03rd

@H3ndr1kV3rw03rd I have the same issue. What console are you/ he on? Is crossplay turned on for both? And do you have your EA orgins account settings to allow friend requests?
