unable to buy bf coins

i have the game on steam and overlay enable but when i click to buy coins nothing happen

If that does not resolve this, can we try to remove your payment method from Steam and re-add it to see if this continues?

i tried the steps you send but nothing work, i have both steam and ea overlay enabled. just want you to know that steam and ea app use diffrent currency, my region is NA which should be on $. but ea app use R (South African Rand). i think this is why there is no price appearing on BC.

    Hi @Madara96, Can you check with your EA account what region it is set to? Also, to confirm do you have anything like a VPN enabled on the device?

    my region is north africa and im not using a vpn
