Is anyone else having a unable to connect error code
I haven’t been able to get the connecting to online screen since I purchased the game my internet works I restarted everything and still having the same issue
it would seem that ea are having problems as ive been sitting in lobby waiting for a 64 man server of conquest to start and it been like this since they did the update .
has anyone else got a problem getting a game of conquest like me i.im in the uk i have a 500 meg plus connection and im really getting fed up waiting to get a game
I am have not been able to play this game for 10 months. EA has the absolute worst customer service. I have appealed to them about five times now on chat, and I have tried everything. I can play every other BF game going back to BF3, but because I didn't experience this error within a week, I am * out of luck with getting a refund. Steam has been able to give me refunds long after a 30 day warranty. EA offers a 7-day warranty. In what other organization does somebody only offer a 7-day warranty? I hate EA and the way their staff treats their patrons. Anybody at EA can see I've only been able to play the game briefly, but yet they say they have no access to do so. This is ridiculous.
Man my game has been down for two weeks now,I’ve erased it and daiwlaoding back and nothing’s
I cut the game on and it tries to connect to internet and it keeps trying then error code,comes up,I know I’m connected to internet because I play other games online.

IF YOU HAVE ALREADY TROUBLESHOT YOUR NETWORK, FIREWALLS, AND GAME: the fix is to change your EA password through the EA app, its some kind of authentication bug. change it, then log off the app and back on again and start the game.
I am getting the same issue and just bought the game I have tried everything and changed my password several times and still nothing. I haven’t played the game at all so I’m looking to get refund now if possible
